It's incredible to say it: the FOURTH Ignite NYC is coming up! On Monday, June 1st we will be kicking off Internet Week at the New World Stages. Brady Forrest and Tikva Morowati will be co-hosting. Ignite NYC IV is proudly co-presented by the team at Web 2.0 Expo, a conference and expo bringing together the best and brightest in the Web 2.0 universe to show the world how the next Internet Revolution is being designed and delivered. Web 2.0 Expo New York is co-produced by O'Reilly Media and TechWeb, returning November 16-19th at the Javits Center.
This is a call for Ignite speakers! Each speaker gets will get 20 slides that auto-advance after 15 seconds for a total of five-minutes of speaking time. If you have an engaging talk idea, please submit a talk: http://bit.ly/ignite-iv-nyc-app! Some suggestions: don't submit a product demo; submit a how-to, something inspirational, or some lessons learned. Deadline to submit is May 18th. We will let people know by May 20th but you're chances of getting in are better if you submit early as selection is rolling. Slides will be due on May 27th.
If you're not familiar with Ignite you can check out some videos from the Ignite Show.
